Chere M. Goode has always had a fascination with health since she was a little girl which explains her being a nurse for the past 24 years, but with the death of her father David Swann on Thanksgiving Day in 2009, at the age of 59, from a heart attack in his sleep, Chere M. Goode decided to take action to help others take a serious look at their health and unhealthy lifestyles that could have detrimental effects. Chere wants to educate others on how to live healthier lifestyles so that another family does not have to feel the loss that her family felt from an untimely and young death.
